The Wylie Inn and Conference Center is seeking part-time Front Desk Agents to join their team of dedicated professionals

The Wylie Inn & Conference Center employees are part of the Endicott College community. Endicott is located 20 miles north of Boston and accessible by public transportation.

The parking is free and the beautiful beaches are close by!

Situated on a picturesque stretch of the Atlantic Coast on Boston's North Shore, the Wylie Inn and Conference Center at Endicott College offers well appointed, comfortable accommodations with an on-site cafe restaurant and bar;

This lush 10-acre inn and conference center is just minutes away from historic downtown Salem, restaurants, scenic Cape Ann, shopping, museums and more.

The primary responsibility of the Front Desk Agent is to greets and register guests, provide prompt and courteous service, and close out guest accounts upon completion of stay to meet the property's high standards of quality.

Applicants must :

• Possess basic mathematical skills and considerable skill in the use of a calculator to prepare moderately complex mathematical calculations without error
• Effectively deal with internal and external customers with patience, tact and diplomacy
• Have the ability to stand at length and continuously perform essential job functions
• Have the ability to read, listen and communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
• Have the ability to accurately input information using a moderately complex computer system
• Have the ability to observe and detect signs of emergency situations

Qualifications include :

• Any combination of education, training, or experience equivalent to graduation from college or any other combination of education, training or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities
• High school diploma required
• College degree preferred
