Endless Energy, a Mass Save® certified contractor is seeking applicants to join our growing Insulation team to work with our install crews helping homeowners insulate their homes and save money on their energy bills.  Come join a team that feels like a family, 

About Endless Energy Endless Energy started with a desire to help people save money while saving the environment. Today our vision has grown to encompass many different services including heating and cooling solutions, commercial solar power, net zero home construction, Mass Save Home Energy Assessments, and insulation throughout the New England area.  We help our customers benefit directly from Massachusetts energy efficiency programs, such as no-cost Mass Save® home energy assessments, which provide customers with a personal report on ways to improve their home’s energy efficiency. This also qualifies them for generous rebates on Mini-Split Heat Pumps and Insulation work!

Requirements

• A valid driver's license is required
• The ability to pass a drug test and background check is necessary
• Preferred candidates will have experience in air sealing, ventilation, blower door tests, installation of insulation.
• Having laborer and/or general carpentry skills highly preferred
• Must have the ability to professionally communicate with our clients
• Team oriented attitude and willingness to learn will help you thrive in this opportunity
• Must be able to reliably commute to Marlborough, MA

Although experience is preferred, we will review serious applicants without experience for consideration.  

Compensation and Benefits· Full-time position $18-20/hour, overtime eligible plus weekly commissions!
