EMHS is seeking a full time Facility Services Manager to oversee our Facility Services and Environmental Services teams.
- Full Time (40 hours/week : 37.5 paid hours)
- Day Shift
- Primarily Monday - Friday
- On-call responsibilities for staff to contact
Job Summary: Organizes, oversees, and manages the activities of the department to maintain the buildings, equipment, and grounds in good repair and free from potential hazards and coordinates all required modifications, alterations, and priority repairs as necessary. Coordinates personnel, budget preparations, and records control of the department with Administration and Management of the Facility. Directs the Environmental Services program to ensure the clean, hygienic, and sanitary environment of the facility.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree from an accredited school in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, or Equivalent Education such as Associates Degree and Certified Hospital Facilities Manager.
- 5 years progressively responsible experience, preferably in hospital or continuing care facilities management.
- Comprehensive knowledge of federal, state, and local standards and codes, and requirements of regulatory and accreditation agencies.
- Comprehensive knowledge of standard operating procedures for plant operation; budget development, personnel management, work standards for skilled personnel; material and equipment suppliers.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $52,650.00 - $68,250.00 per year
