This position works on a variety of marketing initiatives, with the appropriate marketing channels, to advance the company’s growth opportunities. Success in this role requires organization and time management skills, a passion for learning and best practices, as well as the ability to work productively in both independent and team environments.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Contribute to and review new marketing copy and other content
- Work with sales management to ID and implement marketing support across the appropriate channels
- Assist in PR, show, and/or event preparation and follow-up activities
- Contribute to social media efforts and exploration
- Support e-commerce promotion and aftermarket selling
- Provide general marketing support for direct, retail, e-commerce, wholesale and commercial sales channels
QUALIFICATIONS

- 2 years of marketing experienced preferred. Experience with both B2C and B2B a plus
- Capable of marketing copy writing and content development
- Creative, curious, and customer-centric
- Experience with various marketing channels including digital, direct, event, social, e-commerce, and more
- Project management skills are valued, as are the abilities to work well independently and as part of a team
- Superb organizational and time management skills,
- Track record of learning the marketing field and its best practices,
- The ability to work productively in both independently and in a team environment
- Able to work a hybrid schedule: in the office 3 days per week (can work 2 days per week remotely)
