Title: National Reimbursement Manager
Salary: $140,000 - $175,000
Location: Travel across USA (up to 50% of the time) When not traveling, working from home in the US

Overview:
The new National Reimbursement Manager is a field-based role responsible for working directly with hospital executives and physicians to demonstrate the economic and clinical value of Endomag’s products. In this role, you will be the subject-matter expert on reimbursement including coding, coverage and payment issues relating to the product portfolio. You will work with individual institutions to deliver hospital economic analyses by using and developing economic tools for the market. This role will also support with the implementation of reimbursement and health economic strategies for the US.
The purpose of the role:
The National Reimbursement Manager is responsible for ensuring optimal reimbursement and coverage for Endomag’s products across the US. By leveraging your expertise in reimbursement processes and health economics, you will help to drive the adoption of our products in the market. This role is crucial in optimizing patient access and supporting the overall commercial success of Endomag in the US.
Key Responsibilities:
Reimbursement Support:
- Provide information and education to external stakeholders, including providers, payers and hospital finance departments on reimbursement-related matters, such as coding, coverage and payment.
- Provide support to the field sales organization with customer meetings across multiple settings of care as a subject matter expert on reimbursement-related matters
- Maintain knowledge of relevant ICD-10, HCPCS and CPT code changes and updates
- Develop and utilize health economic tools to demonstrate the value of Endomag’s products in the healthcare systems that we operate in
- Work with other internal and external stakeholders to support the generation of HEOR evidence to support the value communication of our products across the US.
- Present HEOR findings to both HCPs and decision-makers, to influence product adoption and market access across the US
Reimbursement Strategy:
- Assist in the development and execution of the US reimbursement strategy to optimize coding, coverage and payment across all payers
- Engage in strategic discussions with KOLs and societies to identify potential challenges and opportunities in the reimbursement landscape
- Stay up to date on the US healthcare reimbursement policy environment and identify and interpret any impact on Endomag products
HEOR:
- Develop and utilize health economic tools to demonstrate the value of endomag’s products in the healthcare systems that we operate in
- Work with other internal and external stakeholders to support the generation of HEOR evidence to support the value communication of our products across the US.
- Present HEOR findings to both HCPs and decision-makers, to influence product adoption and market access across the US
INDIVIDUAL SPECIFICATION
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
- 5 years’ field reimbursement experience preferably with medical devices
- Strong understanding of the US healthcare system, including reimbursement processes
- Certified Professional Coder qualification preferred.
- Familiarity of health economic principles and experience building and utilizing health economic models
Abilities and Skills
- Experience in oncology preferred
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to diverse audiences
