Job purpose The R&D intern is key contributing member of the R&D team. As an intern you will be exposed to a range of R&D projects and assist the R&D team with protocol development and writing, testing, data analysis, and documentation. This is a collaborative position in which the individual will work closely with other R&D and manufacturing engineers, software developers, quality, regulatory, manufacturing production, and other individuals throughout the company Duties and responsibilities - Complete benchtop testing, data analysis, and author protocols/reports.
- Assist with documentation updates and manage change control through the DCR process.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues that come up during testing and/or field issues.
- Assist with risk management file activities including document updates and release
Qualifications - Excellent oral and written communication skills, particularly in technical writing, documentation, and presentations
- Demonstrated organizational, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills
- Able to follow-through on tasks and small projects
- Passionate with continuous learning and improvement
Education - Undergraduate working toward bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline
