What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Solutions and Service Manager position at Endress+Hauser Inc.?
Role Responsibilities
- Maintain and lead a sales funnel of Service and Solutions projects.
- Forecast and assist in setting targets for Service and Solutions incoming orders and net sales.
- Lead internal and external stakeholders to increase our scope and value to the customer by adding services and solutions to projects.
- Collaborate with Marketing to ensure message is clear on targeted and tiered Solutions as well as Service offer to the market.
- Collaborate with Solutions Engineering Team and other involved stakeholders to:
- Provide clear scope of work for proposals.
- Provide input for internal process improvement and next generation of tiered solutions offering.
- Collaborate with Project Management team to ensure a smooth transition into execution and MRO phase, as well as calibration/ maintenance contracts.
Qualification Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (Engineering preferred) or Associate’s degree in a technical field and at least 5 years of related experience
- Customer service skills
- Ability to write reports and business correspondence and read, analyze and interpret technical documents and bid specifications
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions of managers, reps, and customers
