What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Intern position at Endries?
The Sales Intern will have the opportunity to work closely with the sales team, gain valuable industry experience, and develop essential skills for a successful career in sales.
Essential Functions
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, filing, and other clerical tasks as needed.
- Assist in maintaining customer relationships by providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
- Collaborate with all departments and levels of management to resolve customer issues
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities.
- Attend sales meetings and training sessions to learn about products, sales techniques, and industry best practices.
- Support the development and implementation of sales strategies and campaigns.
- Improve customer relations by being pro-active and consistently involved in meeting the customer’s requirements
- Recommend potential improvements and resolutions to department and/or customers.
- Maintain a positive attitude to customers and fellow associates
- Additional responsibilities as assigned.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to represent Endries in a positive manner to all levels of customer contacts and our internal teams
- Must be able to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
- Proven ability to independently handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Required Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position, and hours of work are primarily regular business hours with occasional evening and weekend work that may be required as job duties demand.
