About the Position
Energy Exemplar is looking for a part-time Performance & Culture Administrative Assistant to provide backend administrative support of various P&C initiatives and programs. This role will also be assisting the VP, Global Employee Experience with calendar management, travel coordination and other administrative functions.
The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, exhibit strong organizational skills, and excel in communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams.

Key Accountabilities and Duties

As a rapidly growing business, it should be expected that the role and associated tasks are likely to evolve over time and that there will be situations where tasks not listed below will need to be undertaken to support region and business growth initiatives.
Performance and Culture Administration
- Oversee administrative aspects of the reward and recognition program.
- Support in organizing, maintaining data and preparing presentations related to employee experience touch points such as Sign-to-Start program, new hire surveys, programs feedback, innovation forums and various other programs.
- Research, organize, and coordinate with various stakeholders to fulfill requirements for external employment awards, ensuring timely payments and submissions, and adherence to deadlines.
- Provide administrative support by maintaining the content calendar for internal intranet and external social channels, ensuring consistency and professionalism in employment branding efforts.
- Provide backend support for communication planning, reporting, logistics, and other administrative aspects of the internal company Swag Store to enhance employee engagement and brand visibility.
- Assist in organizing administrative aspects of the internal internship program, including coordination, communication, and logistics to support the successful execution of the program.
- Assist with various project management activities, including vendor management, program administration, follow-up and metrics.
Executive Support
- Assist in schedule management for the VP, Global Employee Experience including coordinating, scheduling and attending meetings, training sessions and events with both internal customers and external vendors.
- Coordinate follow-up meetings, drive task completion and provide summary notes to relevant meeting participants including maintaining and updating project plans as needed.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and process expense reports, as required
- Assist with email management during times of travel
- Conduct research on assigned topics such as hybrid working, remote management and AI and produce executive summaries to provide insights and recommendation to management.
- Communication management including drafting initial version of emails, blog posts, draft copy for internal or external purposes
Candidate Requirements
Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources or a related field
- 2 years of related experience in administrative support roles in a fast-paced environment
This is a part-time role and will not be eligible for benefits.
Salary : $25
