Energy Insurance Agency, a subsidiary of AAA Club Alliance Inc., is hiring for a Commercial Insurance Claims Specialist in Lexington, KY! Energy Insurance began in the basement of our founder’s home in 1982 and has grown into an Agency with 8 locations, 100 associates, and more than $125 million in written premium! We are an independent insurance agency providing personal insurance, business insurance, employee benefits, life insurance and bonds throughout the United States. We are looking for someone who will Provide in-house customer service to commercial clients as assigned and requested. File claims and act as a liaison between the carrier and the insured Keep track of open claims and follow up accordingly to ensure they are closed in a timely manner Partner with our Corporate Risk Manager and Account Management team Maintain a suspense system to follow up on outstanding orders, correspondence, reports, and follow up on overdue and suspense items. Maintain electronic and/or paper files in an orderly, up-to-date manner. Perform special projects at management’s request. Frequently work at a fast pace with unscheduled interruptions.
