A Day in the Life
As a Maintenance Technician III, you'll provide essential daily support across multiple product families, focusing on machine maintenance, product quality, cost efficiency, process enhancements, safety, and customer feedback. This role requires a blend of mechanical and electrical expertise, particularly with vacuum systems, rotary equipment, and extrusion processes. You'll work the 1st shift, Monday to Friday, with optional weekend shifts. Your responsibilities include machine repair and maintenance, troubleshooting, root cause analysis for downtime or performance issues, and collaboration within cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives. Your primary goal is to ensure smooth product processing while upholding quality, cost, and safety standards.

Your primary goal is to ensure smooth product processing while upholding quality, cost, and safety standards.
Responsibilities May Include, But Are Not Limited To
- Installing, maintaining, and repairing manufacturing equipment.
- Identifying and resolving failures, replacing defective components, and troubleshooting using various tools and resources.
- Documenting maintenance and repair activities.
- Utilizing a range of tools and equipment.
- Potentially redesigning systems for incorporation into existing manufacturing equipment.
- Estimating labor and equipment costs and preparing requisitions as needed.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience of relevant experience and may require vocational or technical education or certification in addition to prior work experience.
- High School Diploma or equivalency
Additionally, The Following Skills And Qualifications Are Desirable
- Proficiency in both written and verbal English communication
- Ability to work weekends/overtime as needed
- CDL license
- Electrical Experience
- Technical training/certification
- Computer literacy
- Experience with Motors, gearboxes, valves, vacuum systems
- Tooling/Assembly Fixture troubleshooting
- Strong Electromechanical Equipment troubleshooting
- Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision
- Strong communication, project management, and leadership skills
- Certified Reliability Leader Certification from Reliability Web / Uptime Elements
- Able to lift up to 40lbs
- Flexibility to work on different shift if necessary
