This is a commercially-oriented Finance role for a talented storyteller who can translate complex financial insights into actionable strategies.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

• Lead and motivate a talented team, fostering a high-performance culture
• Develop and implement robust financial performance frameworks and metrics
• Partner with stakeholders across the business to provide strategic financial guidance
• Translate financial data into clear and concise stories for senior management
• Analyse financial performance, identify trends, and recommend course corrections
  
  

About You

• Experience in FMCG/Retail/Product based businesses
• Strong FP&A background
• A natural communicator who can confidently present complex financial information to diverse audiences
• A strategic thinker who can translate financial data into actionable business insights
  
  

Package

• Salary - £65-75,000 p/a bonus
• Hybrid working
• Duration - 6 months
