Job Purpose
With the expanding of new Fuel Cell application, AHM will accelerate Carbon Neutral business. Advanced Power Unit and Energy in AHM R&D is tasked executing demonstration to clarify technology and business potential and make trigger for new business with leveraging fuel cell system which is being developed at Honda R&D in Japan. This job contributes not only to Honda new business customer but also to Carbon Neutral achievement at AHM with applying to internal facilities.

Job Purpose

This job contributes not only to Honda new business customer but also to Carbon Neutral achievement at AHM with applying to internal facilities.
Key Accountabilities
- Lead a team to manage Fuel Cell application development, configuration, and integration to build out a new business operation in the US. Manage end to end projects to acquire new customers and implement business successfully.
- Closely partnering with Honda R&D in Japan, establish a new business with multiple OEMs for a variety of product lines in the US.
- Serve as a local triaging point connecting Honda R&D in Japan and local OEMs to provide technical guidance and support to our customers in the US.
- Investigate code & standard for integrated application from Fuel Cell viewpoint
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering or equivalent experience knowledge
- 8 years of relevant experience
- 2 years of experience leading a team and projects
- Experience in management for engineering team
- Proficient PC Skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other technical software)
- Experience in commercial generator industry is plus
- Experience in HD/MD Truck industry is plus
- Onsite
