Adecco is currently assisting a local client, recruiting for a Health, Safety & Environmental Coordinator in Winnemucca, NV. This Health, Safety & Environmental Coordinator position requires candidates to:

• Prepare site documentation by defining the necessary documents for the specific working site, printing and preparing them.
• Ensure that the necessary documents are posted and/or available for worksite start-up.
• Tasks Assessment by evaluating employees performing the tasks and determining deficiencies related to the task.
• Assess the site’s OHS level by attending the safety breaks and making recommendations and verifying the use and relevance of OSH work tools (FLRA-Take5-Observation).
• Carry out inspections of the in-operation worksites by verifying the implementation of the various SST components and compensating for any deficiencies.
• Develop JHA-Risk Assessment and procedures supporting site supervisors with the production of procedures, JHA and/or Risk Assessment.
  
  

Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for this Health, Safety & Environmental Coordinator position:

• 2 – 3 years experience in Environmental Health & Safety
• College degree or equivalent experience required
• Comfortable working in Hot/Cold environments
• Comfortable with extensive traveling all across the US and Canada.
• Must be located near the US Office in Winnemucca, NV.

Pay Details: 60,000.00 to 75,000.00 per year
