What are the responsibilities and job description for the Shop Helper and QC position at EnerStaff LLC?
Quality control inspectors typically do the following: 13-15 hourly pay
Read blueprints and specifications. Monitor operations to ensure that they meet production standar. Recommend adjustments to the assembly or production process. Inspect, test, or measure materials or products being produced. Measure products with rulers, calipers, gauges, or micrometers. Accept or reject finishes Remove all products and materials that fail to meet specifications. Discuss inspection results with those responsible for products. Report inspection and test data
Shop helper Pay Rate 11-12 hourly pay
Duties Include:
Working as needed in different departments of the shop facility. Responsible for packaging, sheeting and trimming materials. Responsible for moving finished materials to loading trucks. Duties may require the use of an overhead crane and forklift.
Qualifications:
- Must possess High School diploma or GED.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, day or nights and weekends as needed.
- Must be dependable, energetic, team player with a good attitude.
- Must be able to accurately read a tape measure.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
- Must have 90 days experience manufacturing metal insulated building panels.
- Must demonstrate ability to be on time and at work every day.
- Being mechanically inclined is preferred.
Salary : $11 - $15
