Warehouse Associate

Telecommunication and network parts provider, eNetwork Supply, has an immediate opening for a full time, experienced Warehouse Associate for it's Skokie, IL facility.

Position is responsible for ensuring accuracy and availability of warehouse inventory through the safe execution of receiving, stocking, issuing, cycle counting, data input, shipping, and inventory controls while providing exceptional customer service. This position requires prior warehouse experience. Fishbowl and/or other Warehouse software experience is a helpful but not required.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Ensure accuracy and availability of inventory through daily implementation of established systems, procedures, and controls.
• Verify and receipt of materials delivered to the warehouse and visually inspect items for accuracy and damage.
• Organize bin locations to facilitate efficient flow of material through warehouse.
• Work closely with sales and accounting to complete work orders.
• Review warehouse requisitions and planned orders for accuracy and completeness.
• Fill and Ship domestic and international orders.
• Prepare sales slips and shipping documents.
• Make recommendation or min/max levels, additions, and deletions to the stock.
• Assure all safety procedures are followed and good housekeeping is practiced.
• Keep warehouse and stockroom clean and organized.
• Utilize FedEx and UPS (and other vendors) applications to send and receive orders.
• Coordinate and process freight shipments.
• Assist with RMA and order management.
• Other duties as required and assigned.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Quick books, and Sales Force required. Fishbowl software and/or other shipping/receiving software experience is a plus.
• Willingness to learn new software applications.
• Ability to input data quickly and accurately into various computer software applications.
• Able to prioritize among competing requirements in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer service skills (people person).
• Organization skills, Reliable, and on time (*office hours 8:30am - 5:00pm).
• Attention to detail and multi-task.
