The Talent Management professional will work on selected projects dedicated to the learning and development of company-wide team members. Provides support to People & Talent team to ensure initiatives and programs are completed in a successful manner.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Supports internal training and development programs and initiatives to enhance the effectiveness of team member performance in achieving the goals and objectives of the company.
  • Identifies and incorporates best practices and lessons learned into program plans.
  • Reviews evaluations of training courses, objectives and accomplishments and creates dashboard reports for leadership team.
  • Consults with leadership on performance, organizational and leadership development efforts.
  • Supports company-wide inclusion survey efforts and DEIB training programs.
  • Provides support to DEIB Engaged Resource Groups (ERG's)
  • Supports Human Resources Business Partners with talent management programs and initiatives

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven effective time management skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Adept with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods.
  • Ability to evaluate and research training options and alternatives.

Education and Experience:

  • Minimum five years of training experience (design, development, and delivery), and at least one year of management experience.
  • Experience with Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging programs, initiatives and Employee Resource Groups
  • Experience designing and implementing effective training and development programs.
  • SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential, preferred.
