Job Description:

• Provide instructional design, training, training development, subject matter expertise, and logistical support.
• Conduct academic lecture, guided discussions, instructor lead practical exercises, and simulation training in all aspects of assigned subject area.
• Develop academic training or provide subject matter expertise in the development of training.
• Work independently, via digital applications, telephonically or virtually when at their base of operations.
• Maintains at minimum proficiency in a single program (15B, 15D, etc.) while expanding proficiency in other programs.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Reviews and evaluates audiovisual aids that most effectively and efficiently enhance training.
• Develops or revises objective tests.
• Develops portions of training/course materials, aids, devices, etc.
• Evaluates training results.

Job Requirements:

• High School graduate
• Be able to obtain a SECRET clearance

Preferred:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
• Secret clearance
• Willingness to learn and apply new skills
• Good organizational skills
• Development or review of training/course materials, aids, devices, etc., and evaluation of training results.
• Candidates should be 15B, 15D, 15G, 15K or 15H MOS qualified
• Work well with others in a team environment
