Steel Shop Helper - Parts Runner

Engineered Steel Products is looking for a general laborer for our steel shop - this role is responsible for supporting our welders and fitters in the structural fabrication department. Everything from gathering parts needed to complete production, to learning to weld!

What do you need to be successful?

The top skills and experience that will get you off to a great start:

-- > Willingness to learn, and flexibility to thrive in a constantly moving environment - a lot of steel moves through our shop, and you'll have the opportunity to experience it all!

-- > Experience in a manufacturing / metal working / construction environment is preferred

-- > If you've got any welding, grinding or other power tool experience, you'll be ahead of the game.

-- > People skills – we have a team of over 60. That's a big family! Many of our people have been in the industry over 30 years, so you'll have the opportunity to learn from some of the best minds in the business.
