A highly respected Michigan-based Manufacturing Company with a facility in Sterling Heights, Michigan is seeking a Business Office Manager – Controller - for a Direct-Hire opportunity with their established team. Controller salaries are anticipated to start between $80,000 to $125,000 per year, based on experience. We also offer excellent benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, and more!
Qualified Controllers will have most, if not all, of the following skills and experience:
- Previous experience in administrative services, accounting, controller, or other related fields within Manufacturing environments – Controller experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or a relevant degree is beneficial.
- Manage records, maintain financial records, accounts payable/accounts receivable, annual, quarterly, and monthly reporting along with banking and account reconciliations.
- Human Resources / Payroll functions, provide administrative assistance to management team, and manage cross-department internal communications.
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task, deadline and detail-oriented.
- Able to pass standard pre-hire checks including background, drug screen, etc.
Salary : $80,000 - $125,000
