RT/NDE Assistant

RT/NDE Assistant -individual must be able to assist technicians with setting up and tearing down equipment, while performing routine and preventive maintenance tasks, calibrations, and overall upkeep of equipment. The RT/NDE Assistant will assist with proper documentation and reports on services provided. The RT/NDE Assistant must perform all duties as assigned by the Level II NDE Technician while gaining experience and knowledge.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Valid Driver’s License and pre-access drug and alcohol testing required.
• Pre-employment background checks will be required.
• Valid TWIC Card required.
• Knowledge of refinery operations would be considered an asset.
• Documentation of RT/NDE classroom training records, OJT hours, past certifications, and resume.

Physical Requirements:

• Move, carry, and lift objects 50 lbs. or more.
• Must be able to walk, stand, bend, reach, and climb.
• Must be able to work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Remain constantly active throughout shift.

 NOTE: To be considered, applicants must be able provide documentation of current or previous certifications, as well as all classroom and/or on-the-job training (OJT) hours required for certification.
