Description
  • Permanent position for an Electromechanical Test Technician to ensure that assemblies meet electrical and mechanical design specifications.
  • Responsible for final testing of each unit prior to shipment.
  • Collect, review and submit all quality control documents to engineering.
  • Perform incoming tests on all returned units.
  • Check quality of all complete units.
  • Inform department supervisors of any quality issues.
  • Input test results into the system and complete test reports.
  • Design and set up test workbooks in Excel
Requirements
  • Attention to detail.
  • Basic electrical knowledge including safety requirements.
  • Ability to use multimeter and other electrical test equipment.
  • Ability to use a square, tape measure, micrometer, wire gauge, hand and power tools.
  • Ability to interpret shop drawings and schematics.
  • Ability to lift 30 lbs.
  • Must have general mechanical abilities.
  • Must be very organized with excellent document control techniques.
  • Positive self-motivated attitude
