Our staff to resident ratio is 1 : 3 (day & eve) and 1 : 6 (nights) so you can build those relationships with your residents.

Wage Range
$17 - $25 hour
Shifts : 2p-10p or 2 : 15p-10 : 15p
Primary Responsibilities of our CNA's and Home Health Aides :
- Maintain compassionate and authentic relationships with Residents & Clients
- Provide direct care to Residents & Clients with dementia and complex medical conditions, assisting them with bathing, grooming, dressing and toileting
- Support Residents & Clients by providing housekeeping and laundry services, preparing and serving meals and distributing medication
Required Qualifications
- Passion for assisting and caring for elderly residents. Night shift requires 1 year caregiving experience.
- 16 yrs old and able to pass the MDH background check
- Lift a minimum of 50 pounds and be on your feet for 7-8 hours
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Professional and positive attitude
- Valid Drivers License
- Dementia Care experience a plus (but not required)
