Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction of industrial facilities
- Strategic thinker, with demonstrated collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment and gain the support of others
- Complete familiarity with all phases of construction from Pre-Construction Services through Commissioning • Previous experience working with engineers in a design-build environment is a plus • Experience and background in chemical process or pharmaceutical projects highly desirable • Ability to work in a matrix organization
- Ability to work independently • Minimal Travel Required Required job tasks:
- Responsible for the profitable construction execution of large and small projects
- Develop and nurture key client relationships and is the primary company contact on the project
- Full managerial responsibility for all aspects of the project including negotiating extras, cost control, working with engineering team for deliverables, construction scheduling, turnover, quality control and cash management
- Estimates fees, determines scope of work, and prepares proposals and contracts on projects
- Actively manages client's budget, schedule and program; project communications and documentation
- Coordinates work efforts and reviews work performed
- Responsible for pursuing, managing and delivering quality projects on-time, within budget and to the satisfaction of the client
- Identifies and markets additional business opportunities with key clients
- Facilitates work planning activity, and profitability analysis, and coordinates with leadership to achieve profitability targets
Salary : $90,000 - $140,000
