Ideal candidate has expertise in tile setting and tile installation. A great candidate can do handyman projects (e.g., installing faucets/lights and baseboards, painting, etc.). Most work is in Colorado Springs (minimal travel).

Responsibilities of the Tile Setter - Here are the main things you'll be doing:

• Arriving on-time
• Flexible to do a different type of project everyday
• Focused on serving and wowing the homeowner
• Thoroughly cleaning our work area
• Updating our field service management app

What we need from you?

• Experienced with at least ten (10) tile installation jobs of at least 20 sqft each.
• Experienced installing backerboard, mixing the appropriate mortar, setting tile, grouting, and cleaning.
• Expertise in preparing the area around the repair to minimize mess.
• Skilled in difficult cuts such as mitered, round, or rectangle.

What you will need?

• Tile saw and cutter-wheel-style cutter/splitter
• Grinder with diamond blade
• Basic tile installation hand tools such as trowels, floats, buckets, mixer, etc.
• Basic hand tools to include screwdrivers, pliers, 5-in-1, hammer, cordless drill, circular saw, oscillating tool, and masker.
