Job Title: Director Corporate Training

Status: FT Salaried Exempt plus commission
Compensation: $65,000 – $75,000 Salary, plus additional commission compensation from upsell training opportunities.
Location: Position Based in NY State – Remote for Rochester or Syracuse area, On-site for Vestal area.

Summary of role:
As a member of the Customer Relations Department, the Director of Corporate Training will be responsible for meeting the Corporate Training needs of eni’s book of business, provide on-going account management of assigned customers and display a high level of customer service skills consistent with eni’s core corporate values. In addition, the Director of Corporate Training will develop, and present Customized Corporate training upsell options to eni’s Book of Business.

Specific Job Expectations and Responsibilities:
- Develop and conduct external corporate trainings and product implementation activities.
- Support account management for assigned national customers, ensuring excellence in customer service and on-going integration of eni solutions.
- Provide expertise, coordinate training resources, and recommend trainings for professional development opportunities.
- Develop and manage a national network of adjunct and supplemental training resources.
- Develop and manage strategies that create sales opportunities for customized trainings to eni’s book of business.
- Develop and deliver, in person or via webinar, corporate training in all related areas of eni’s platform of services including, but not limited to, topics such as EAP employee and supervisory orientations, interpersonal skills, and team dynamics.
- Maintain working knowledge of all eni products/services and general capabilities.
- Coordinate customer health fair activities, coverage, and other promotional opportunities.
- Conceives and implements Focus Groups with customers.
- Develop and deliver internal professional development activities as assigned.
- Represent eni at health fairs and other conferences as needed.
- Regular travel to customer accounts in various locations across the US; includes overnight stays and multiple day trips; travel via air or car.
Credentials/Preferred Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business related field.
- Expertise and experience in developing and delivering corporate trainings, in both face-to-face and virtual formats.
- Excellent presentation skills and experience with large and small groups in formal and informal settings.
- Skilled with audio, visual, and computer equipment and software.
- Organizational skills; self-motivated, excellent communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license
