POSITION OVERVIEW
The Digital Marketing Specialist will lead Digital Content & Creative Development and Marketing Execution for Enjoy Better Coffee and its Own brands. The role requires strategic and creative brand development mentality, an ability to identify and incubate growth opportunities, and hands-on experience in creating executing digital campaigns to drive brand awareness, acquisition, and consumer engagement.
The candidate MUST HAVE relevant skills and experiences. The DMS will beaccountable for:
1) E-Commerce brand content and copy development,
2) Driving brand awareness and preference/conversion,
3) Customer acquisition and engagement,
4) Creating/Executing Social and Influencer campaigns.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. Skills & Experiences
o Brand Builder - strategic framework, style guide, creative guardrails, and communication plan
o Commercially Intuitive - Consumer insights, market trends, customer engagement, and brand development
o Entrepreneurial - Results driven, resourceful, detail oriented, active observer, and strong communicator and influencer.
2. Hands-On Expertise (Creator Doer)
o Digital Marketer - Deep and broad expertise in creating Content, and Social, Engagement and Influencer campaigns.
o Develop Engaging Content - Website, Email, newsletters, blogs, podcasts, videos, user/community generated, and beyond.
o Relevant Social Platforms - Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, Earned/Viral impressions etc.
o Data & Tech. Savvy - Performance tracking, analysis, insights, and tools e.g., CRM, LinkedIn, MailChimp, Shopify, Adobe etc.

Pay: $48,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
