We are seeking a talented individual to join Enovis as an Administrative Assistant. As a key member of the Healthcare Solutions (HCS) Team, you will play an integral part in helping Enovis drive the medical technology industry forward through transforming patient care and creating better patient outcomes.

WHAT WILL YOUR TYPICAL DAY LOOK LIKE?
- Provides administrative support including regular preparation of documents and presentations to effectively communicate information or data.
- Prepares invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and other documents.
- Coordinates and completes projects as needed with minimal direction and interaction from leader(s).
- Handles highly sensitive information pertaining to business, legal, financial, and intellectual property issues, maintaining confidentiality regarding this information.
WHAT QUALIFICATIONS WILL YOU BRING TO THE TABLE?
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant in a corporate business environment.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office System, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Microsoft Windows operating system.
- Ability to maintain confidential, critical, and business sensitive information appropriately.
WILL YOU BE REQUIRED TO TRAVEL?
- May be required to travel up to 10% of the time.
- Typical work-related travel assignments range 1-5 days, and as such overnight, out-of-town stays may be required.
WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Typical office environment.
- Physical Demands: May occasionally lift up to 10 pounds. Routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, keyboard, phone, print. Required to talk and hear. Must be able to sit and stand for extended periods of time and use hands and fingers to handle or feel, and to manipulate keys on a keyboard and operate portable input devices (e.g., smart phone, mouse). May occasionally reach with hands and arms. Must have the ability to look at a computer screen for extended periods of time.
