This position will be responsible for the complete sales cycle - nurturing the lead, making the sales and post sales follow up.

Experience in direct sales in a call center environment is key to being successful in this role. The position is open in Boise, ID or Austin, TX. What you will do :

• Make outbound calls to existing and potential homeowner customers and educate them on Enphase products as well as the overall solar buying process.
• After consultation, connect customers with installers to complete their purchase and installation.
• Understand customer needs and offer solutions to help them.
• Maintain database (Salesforce, CRM, Excel, etc.) of customer information.
• Track customer interactions with customer service tickets.
• Answer potential customer questions and follow-up call questions.

Who you are and what you bring :

• Proven track record of selling solar products to homeowner customers.
• Self-starter, and go-getter; able to work in fast-paced environments and comfortable working through unknowns.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM tools to drive productivity.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

The base pay range for this position is $23 to $31 an hour. This salary range may be modified in the future. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, education or training, work location, and market conditions.

This position is also eligible for bonus, equity, and benefits.
