Responsibilities:
As a Consultant in Enquero’s Enterprise Applications unit, you will analyze business processes, pain points, as-is system functionalities to provide recommendations on addressing business challenges. You will analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate, and provide suggestions to improve existing system capabilities, workflow, and scheduling limitations.

You are expected to analyze and recommend commercially available software and/or open source technology solutions based on business need. You are expected to develop a deep understanding of the functional processes and underlying technology options. Your demonstrated ability to consistently achieve this while continuing to improve your knowledge and skills will define success for your role.
  • Work with cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams to improve, define and manage new business processes and help develop overall technology solution design.
  • Follow standard practices and procedures in analyzing situations or data from which answers can readily be obtained.
  • Assess existing processes and make improvement recommendations based on customer experience, cycle time and risk/reward analysis.
  • Assess and define business problems, identify options, assemble, and analyze relevant supporting data, and shape recommendations for management approval
  • Coordinate meetings with subject matter experts, document and distribute meeting minutes/process, ensure actions items are completed on time, communicate project status, escalate issues to management as appropriate.
  • Embrace new technologies and document the process and train team members. Work with various tools and technologies to achieve desired functionality. Support teams through all phases of the project including knowledge transition phase.
  • Establish, adopt, communicate, and enforce industry standards, principles and practices.
  • Be an individual contributor on client engagement teams, working under the supervision of a Senior/Lead Consultant, to develop work product and lead specific project initiatives.
  • Contributing to your BU/Practice by
    • Documenting your learnings from the current work and engaging in the external tech community by writing blogs, contributing in Github, Stack overflow, meet-ups/conferences etc.
    • Keep updated on the latest technologies with technology trainings and certifications
    • Actively participate in organization level activities and events related to learning, formal training, special projects as assigned.

Sr Product Manager - Lead to Quote


We are looking for a Product Manager - Lead to Quote to join our IT team (remote, Tacoma WA, Santa), reporting to the Directory, IT Product Management. In this role, you will be responsible for working closely with business leaders, product management teams, and the IT team. You will use Agile techniques to define and execute high-impact product releases delivering business benefits, technical quality, and customer satisfaction. You will facilitate the design and development of stories for release and maintain a groomed backlog based on business value, cost, and strategic direction, and the authentic voice of the customer.

You’re the ideal candidate if you have strong subject matter expertise in the lead to quote process – SFDC CPQ specifically, can influence others, and function as a change agent. Ideally, you are self-motivated, proactive, and have a proven ability to collaborate well and work cross-functionally within the organization. The successful candidate will bring a growth-mindset and ability to operate in ambiguity.



What you’ll do:

  • Develop and maintain product backlog that reflects business needs, future development priorities, and company goals
  • Identify needs by interacting with the business community, suppliers, and by keeping current on industry trends and best practices
  • Ensure backlog queue is well defined, prioritized, socialized, communicated and recorded in an Agile toolset (Version One)
  • Collaborate with team leads to ensure functional requirements are complete, translated into technical requirements and the user stories are ready to code
  • Lead cross-functional team meetings in demo’s, working sessions, and testing events.
  • Perform Release Planning, prioritizing and scheduling backlog items into regular production releases aligned to business priority
  • Validate perceived needs by conducting surveys, polling, facilitated focus groups, etc.
  • Identify new opportunities, product enhancements, and line extensions
  • Work with Application team and QA to define acceptance tests for features
  • Monitor progress and provide reports on product strategy and direction
  • Perform Release Planning, scheduling backlog items into regular releases aligned to business priority
  • Schedule and present release plans through key milestone gates in the Idea-to-Offer governance process to secure consensus, commitment and resources
  • Collaborate with business process and solution architects to identify upstream, downstream or other product related dependencies

What you’ll bring:

  • 12 years of IT Experience
  • 2 years as a lead Product Manager/Owner
  • 5 years in IT Application development experience; preferably in Scrum, Kanban or similar Agile development methodology
  • Strong subject matter expertise in the Lead-to-Quote process
  • Good understanding of SFDC/CPQ environment and Oracle Fusion are a plus
  • Knowledge of Incident-to-Resolution is a plus
  • Self-motivated, proactive and proven ability to collaborate well and work cross functionally within the organization
  • Demonstrated ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions and evaluate outcomes
  • Ability to operate as an individual contributor to get the job done; at the same time be able to guide a team toward an objective
  • Able to provide guidance and direction throughout project lifecycles in a dev/ops CI/CD environment
  • Excellent communication skills both oral and written
  • Demonstrated ability to influence others and function as a change agent
  • Product or Program Management experience with complex products in a fast-paced environment using Agile methodologies
  • SaaS, Private Cloud, and Cloud experience preferred.
