EnSafe is accepting applications for a part-time Accounts Payable Specialist based out of EnSafe’s Memphis, TN office.

What We Are Looking For:
We’re looking for a self-motivated, analytical, and dedicated professional who wishes to be a part of our Accounting Department.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Manage Accounts Payable email; Identify PO and non-PO invoices.
- Review invoices for accuracy and completeness; Route to appropriate people for processing.
- Review vendor statements and compare with A/P aging and processed transactions; Research any outstanding invoices in the system.
- Provide excellent internal customer service responding to inquiries and questions.
- Support other accounting functions as needed.
Qualifications:
- Written and verbal communication skills with administration and vendors.
- Ability to work collaboratively, diplomatically, and with integrity in problem identification and problem-solving activities; Good organizational skills, ability to focus on assigned tasks, and deadline-driven.
- Basic knowledge of bookkeeping, data entry, and allocations.
- 1-2 years relevant accounting experience.
- Microsoft Office experience.
