EnSafe is accepting applications for an entry-level Senior Process Safety Management Professional based out of any of our EnSafe's 17 locations across the country; however, Memphis, TN is preferred. Relocation assistance is provided with an offer to the right candidate.

What We Are Looking For
As a Senior Process Safety Management Professional, you will be heavily involved with our process safety management (PSM) service line to assist our clients in achieving and maintaining compliance with OSHA's process safety management (PSM) standard.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Consult with clients from the aerospace, chemical, manufacturing, paper, agricultural, foods, automotive, and other industries as well as government agencies.
- Conduct regulatory PSM compliance audits.
- Facilitate process hazard analysis (PHA)
- Conduct PSM applicability assessments
- Develop site-specific PSM programs
- Assist companies with developing process safety information and mechanical integrity programs
- Provide PSM training
- Overnight travel (up to 50%) will be required
Qualifications:
- B.S. degree in chemical engineering and 10 years of PSM experience. A Professional Engineer (PE) certification is preferred
- Strong working knowledge of OSHA's PSM standard and related NFPA standards
- Experience with chemical processes including both flammable and toxic chemicals
- Experience conducting PSM audits and facilitating PHAs using the Hazard and Operability (HAZOP) methodology. Experience conducting level of protection analysis (LOPA) is a plus
- Working knowledge of relief system design, ventilation systems, flame arrestors, facility siting, and human factors
- Attention to detail with strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience with combustible dust and EPA's risk management program (RMP) is a plus
- Previous consulting experience is preferred
