Job Coach/Job Developer
Part-time/full-time Hourly Employee
ENSO is a supported employment agency that works with adults with disabilities to assist them throughout their employment journey. We are looking for Job Developers and Job Coaches. Job developers help our participants find jobs and assist in assessing job skills, interview skills, and resume skills. Job Coaches help provide continuous on the job supports including improving job skills, learning new tasks, and creating independence.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
A position at ENSO provides a sense of purpose in a fun and engaging atmosphere. We provide extremely flexible scheduling that can work around any schedule. Whether it’s a college schedule, another job, or a family life, we can make it work! There is always room for growth within ENSO! We pride ourselves on helping individuals find their niche within supported employment. Paperwork is something that comes with the job, and you will have the choice to complete this paperwork in the comfort of your home, at a coffee shop, on a college campus, at our cozy ENSO office, or anywhere else that works best for you. We do not micro-manage, however we provide paid training and support whenever needed! There is travel involved throughout King or Pierce County, however we will work within your comfortability to help you decide the distance and time you spend traveling from one participant to another. ENSO provides great medical benefits, a flex account, and 401k options for anyone working 30 hours or more per week. There is a signing bonus that you will receive after 90 days of employment. We require all ENSO staff to be full vaccinated against Covid19. ENSO’s primary goal is to make a positive difference in the lives of our participants as well as our staff.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Your hourly wage is paid for travel between participants during your day, minus the first and last appointment of the day.
