Job Title: Inventory Clerk

Industry: Infrastructure, Logistics, Transportation

Location: Jacksonville, FL

Key Functions:

* Cycle counts and verifies customer supplied product.

* Also responsible for the handling OS&D reporting and communications with customers of Seaonus Cold Storage. Accurately file reports stating which items in a shipment were over-shipped, which were under-shipped and which were damaged upon receipt. 

* Will make necessary inventory adjustments after communicating with facility general manager and operation manager.

* Help manage inventory by counting products and comparing the inventory to inventory logs and documents. 

* Assist with annual customer inventory audits.

* Daily communication with customers pertaining to inventory levels.

* Assist in managing the hold inventory (releases and apply of codes).

* Ensures the proper receipt, storage, handling, and/or distribution of safe and quality food products at this facility.

* Backup to Cycle Counter – Assist operations manager with inventory by counting products and comparing the inventory to inventory logs and documents. Use various methods to develop accurate reports on the stock of items for businesses.

* The compliance part of the job will require as much attention to detail as inventory clerk while performing audits of the shipping and receiving procedures.

Qualifications & Experience:

· High School Diploma.

· Minimum 2 years of work experience in Compliance/Inventory Clerk roles.
