About Enstructure:
Enstructure owns and operates an integrated network of marine terminals, warehouses, cold storage and logistics assets across the eastern half of the United States. We provide full-service and reliable logistics solutions to some of the world’s largest companies in the energy, agriculture, food, manufacturing, construction, and public safety sectors. Our network is comprised of 18 terminals strategically located near major population hubs along the East Coast, Gulf Coast and Inland River system of the United States. We operate the largest marine terminal network on the East Coast dedicated to bulk and breakbulk cargo.
About the Position:
We are looking for a Director, Legal Operations to join our legal team. You will be based in our Wellesley, Massachusetts office, reporting to the Chief Legal Officer. Flexible/hybrid working arrangements are available.
Key Functions & Responsibilities:
- Manage company’s contract repository, license/permit repository and related information governance resources
- Maintain corporate books, periodic corporate filings, and records management
- Management and oversight of law firms, alternative legal service providers and other external legal resources
- Oversee functionality of tools and technology used by the legal team
- Spearhead strategic improvements to legal workflows systems, including contract lifecycle management and matter management systems
- Working with outside counsel, manage company’s intellectual property portfolio
- Work cross-functionally with teams throughout the company, including finance, operations, project development and safety
- Other duties or projects as assigned by the legal department
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years legal operations and/or contracts management experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field, Masters or Law degree a plus
- Meticulous attention to detail and quality of work product
- Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
- Excellent analytical skills
- Strong computer skills
