Job Summary:
Seeking a Contract Operations Specialist to manage the contracting workflow for Sales, including contract setup, data reconciliation, and support for new initiatives.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of relevant operational experience
High degree of attention to detail
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with Salesforce, Docusign, Snowflake, and Google Workplace Suite
Preferred Skills:
Experience in process improvement and adapting to change
Positive attitude and proactive approach to continuous improvement
Job Responsibilities:
Manage the contracting workflow for Sales, including contract setup, inputting custom rates, data reconciliation, uploads, and approvals
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement policy updates, advise on tools, and support new initiatives
Handle vesting addendums for token purchase warrants during token launches
Project management and execution of remediation initiatives
Identify ways to improve the contracting process to support business scaling
Draft training and support materials for Sales and other relevant teams on contracting processes and best practices
Pay: 40-54

Pay Details: $40.00 to $54.00 per hour
