Summary: Seeking an experienced Admin Assistant to support administrative tasks, document preparation, and data management.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years on-the-job experience
High School/GED level reading, communication, math, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Skills in alpha and numeric filing
Attention to detail and accuracy
Preferred Skills:
Additional skills in research and graphics
Completion of vocational training program
Responsibilities:
Perform conference/meeting planning and task coordination
Collect, compile, and file records and documentation
Gather data and prepare standard/custom reports for decision making
Pay Details: $17.00 to $23.00 per hour
