What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director of Accounting position at Entegee?
Summary: Seeking a Director of Accounting to oversee accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, treasury, and tax processes.
Requirements:
BS Degree in Accounting or Finance. A master's degree is a plus.
15 years of relevant experience in an accounting role with 5 years in a leadership role required.
CPA highly desired
Strong understanding of GAAP with IFRS knowledge a plus
Understanding of IRS corporate tax code
Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and manage the accounting team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of financial transactions, reporting, and compliance with IFRS and US GAAP accounting standards.
Guide the preparation and issuance of internal and external reports on a timely basis.
Drive the month-end and year-end close processes.
Create an internal controls framework including a testing environment to ensure controls are functioning as intended.
Manage all US corporate tax decisions.
Pay Details: $80,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year
