Seeking a machine operator Finisher in Fitchburg MA to start right away!
Hours: 7:00am – 3:00pm Pay Rate: $17
6 Month Contract to Direct Hire - Drug test and Background check
Job Description:
- Maintains finishing area keeping it neat clean organized with all lots in process with current work order
- Log into labor in IQMS ERP system on all Jobs performing finishing operations in.
- Operates Rosler Machine for orthopedic femurs
- Operates Passivation on all orthopedic parts and any parts that need passivation that are in production
- Report daily quantities complete through finishing operations
- Performs finishing operations for all products
- Grit Blast, Glass Bead Castings products for production
- Fix rejected parts before proceeding steps if needed
- Performs Passivation of all Orthopedic production parts.
- Polishing, tumbling and blasting of all production parts
- Performs Laser marking of any production part
