Summary : Seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance scheduling, budget management, and facility equipment upkeep.
Job Requirements :
Must have experience in a union environment, understanding rules, overtime, and working conditions.
Proven track record of managing maintenance schedules for production and facility equipment including CNC machines, presses, mills, lathes, HVAC units, boilers etc.
Preferred Skills :
Automotive industry background is beneficial but not required.
Job Responsibilities :
Oversee the entire plant's maintenance schedule across multiple shifts.
Communicate project statuses across shifts and plan subsequent shift schedules.
Prioritize tasks effectively and recruit volunteers for weekend shifts as needed.
Plan and execute corrective action maintenance.
Manage annual budgets, negotiate vendor contracts, and oversee capital projects from planning to implementation.
Conduct annual OSHA training updates; ensure compliance with inspections and licenses.
Implement and maintain a preventive maintenance program; manage equipment repair data using software tools.
Facilitate plant-wide initiatives such as safety improvements, TPM, 5S, Six Sigma etc.
Review external contractor work ensuring adherence to company policies and regulations like HAZMAT, OSHA, NFPA etc.
Support manufacturing production with technical issues on current and new launch products.
Pay Details : $30.00 to $40.00 per hour
