Summary : Seeking a Packaging Team Lead (RTE) to oversee production line operations, ensure daily goals and standards are met, and provide leadership in a food manufacturing environment.

Position Requirements :
Ability to work in varying temperature conditions
Adherence to required attire including smock, hair net, bump cap, sleeves, safety boots, and gloves
Capability to work with cooked meat products
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and push loads up to 1800 lbs
Commitment to safe work practices
Job Responsibilities :
Monitor and deliver on daily production goals maintaining safety, productivity, quality, customer service, and cost standards
Ensure availability of materials, equipment, and human resources to meet production schedules
Complete quality and safety reports as needed
Assist with management of production line employees
Perform temperature monitoring of products
Provide leadership and training for effective job performance
Enforce Good Manufacturing Practices among employees
Communicate with maintenance and supervisors for equipment issues
Conduct weight checks, condensation checks, and metal detection procedures
Clean equipment during changeovers
Uphold rules, regulations, and procedures within the team
Model a positive attitude focused on results
Take on production worker duties when not performing team lead responsibilities
Execute additional tasks as requested by the immediate supervisor
Pay Details : $20.00 to $35.00 per hour
