Summary: Hiring 25 Tent Labor members for the North location to join our field team for temporary work, focusing on tent structure installation and removal.
Qualifications:
- Must be able to work until the job is complete, which may involve long days.
- Availability to work on both Saturday and Sunday.
- Capable of repeatedly lifting and carrying up to 75 pounds over significant distances.
- Ability to work in a team environment and follow directions from the Field Supervisor and experienced co-workers.
- Professional appearance and behavior.
- Willingness to perform tasks safely and conscientiously, respecting co-workers and client property.
- Openness to potentially work night hours ranging from 7 PM to 7 AM.
Preferred Skills:
- Previous experience in outdoor labor or construction settings.
- Familiarity with tent structure installation and removal.
- Adaptability to work in various weather conditions.
Responsibilities:
- Install and remove tent structures from public and private properties.
- Load and unload trucks at work sites and warehouse.
- Carry materials from the truck to the installation site location.
- Construct, install, and remove various styles of stages, floors, and tent structures.
- Work primarily outdoors, irrespective of weather conditions.
- Interact respectfully with a multi-lingual team, leaders, and clients.
- Safely perform all assigned tasks following directions.
