Summary: Seeking a Warehouse Worker for handling materials, inventory management, and operating equipment in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
6 months of experience in a warehouse or production setting.
Basic math skills for accurate inventory counts.
Physical ability to lift 30 pounds regularly and up to 50-70 pounds occasionally.
Proficiency in reading and understanding English for product handling.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with or willingness to learn material handling equipment operation (e.g., order pickers, reach trucks, forklifts).
Responsibilities:
Ensure accurate product quantities through basic math skills.
Regularly lift and transport materials weighing up to 30 pounds, with occasional lifting of heavier items.
Read and comprehend product descriptions, labels, shelving systems, and documentation effectively.
Operate or learn to operate material handling equipment as required.
Work flexible hours with mandatory overtime when necessary to meet customer delivery deadlines.
Stand/walk on concrete throughout the shift and perform tasks involving bending, stooping, and reaching.
Adapt to working conditions that may include cooler environments ranging from 35deg F to 46deg F.
Pay Details: $16.00 to $17.00 per hour
