The Role
The Warehouse Worker is responsible for safely working at warehouse.
Completes other duties as assigned. Like receiving, putting materials away, Kitting work orders, cycle counting and suppling materials to production.
In this role you will
- Kitting- that is prepare work orders with the proper materials needed to complete the kits. Will be guided by Bill of Materials (BOM)
- Reservation and Material Requests- Run a open Reservation Report in SAP for Reservation and fulfilling the material and quantity that is entered. Material Request is to fill the proper material that is on the sheet and retrieve it from the warehouse and then both Reservation and Material Request deliver to the Clean Room by way of the Air Shower Entry.
- Bin Supervision- Take each section of the warehouse and do an simple ID and verify in SAP that the materials should be in that SLOC (storage location)
- Up keeping of the Warehouse in regards to 6S and warehouse safety
- Understand and apply safety and quality guidelines, meeting all regulations.
- Move products, supplies and inventory to support production.
- Keep work area clean and organized.

- Works on assignments that are in an environment where judgment is required in resolving problems and making routine recommendations.
- Ability to work on a team.
- High School Diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Adhere to attendance policies.
Physical Requirements:
- This job requires the ability to stand for long periods.
- Use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and you must be able to move throughout the department/facility.
- Able to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
- Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Required to move raw material chemicals and waste using pallet jack and or drum dolly.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
Work Environment:
- This is a manufacturing environment. It involves exposure to moving mechanical parts, risk of electrical shock and moderate to high noise levels.
- Individuals may be required to wear Safety Glasses, Nitrile Gloves and a Lab coat for long periods at a time. Some areas may require full gowing due to a cleanroom environment.
