Sustainability Project Coordinator

Entegrity seeks a full-time Project Coordinator in either Little Rock or Fayetteville, AR, to join our Certifications team. You will be an integral part of our team and will generate building certification documentation, coordinate submittal reviews, and develop educational material. Green Building rating systems are an evolving tool used to measure the success of sustainability principles within our built environment. Nowhere is this more notable than in the building materials market which has been transformed by the LEED rating system. The Project Coordinator position is an integral part of our Certifications team that is responsible for much of the verification of our sustainability metrics. You will work hand in hand with our Project Managers in their day-to-day tasks and will work on the wide variety of projects we execute.

Your typical fun day would include:

• Create credit documentation and complete online platform
• Review construction submittals for compliance with green building certification standards and communicate compliance issues to the project management team
• Create templates to assist in sustainability consulting and keep them updated
• Perform close-out tasks

On a really fun day, you might:

• Create educational materials for building occupants
• Manage ARC Performance score contracts and documentation
• Work with students to perform a waste audit
• Research sustainable certifications and products to support certification as needed
• Develop new training tools for our sustainability team
• Attend a charrette and participate in project transformation

You’ll be great at this job if you:

• Are detailed oriented
• Have proficiency in all Microsoft Office software
• Have demonstrable knowledge of and interest in current sustainability issues
• Have good interpersonal skills and the ability to work with remote team members
• Positive attitude
• Organized and Self motivated
• Have a background in construction or related field
