We’re looking for driven Real Estate Coordinators to manage contracts throughout the entire buying process of hundreds of single-family homes. Our real estate brokerage represents large institutional investors in the single-family buy to rent market. You would be responsible for overseeing transactions from start to finish to ensure offers and counteroffers are approved for a smooth and successful sale. Our ideal candidate is extremely organized and has superb customer service skills to make customers feel at ease.
What You'll Do
- Supervise all administrative duties for home buyer transactions from contract to close utilizing our proprietary software system
- Aid in-house real estate agents and other stakeholders with paperwork and ensure the completion of all data entry on our customer management system.
- Assist with negotiating and completing any necessary repairs
- Make sure the seller’s offer and counteroffers get approved by the buyer to ensure a smooth real estate sales process
- Check each document to verify it has all the correct signatures and dates so the transaction process is smooth.
- Arrange for and attend meetings regarding the closing process, including moving schedules.
- Enter client information into the client database system and submit appropriate documentation to the office broker for file compliance and keep track of transaction activity.
Who You Are
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Previous experience in transaction management, transaction coordination, and real estate.
- Has strong familiarity with Excel and Google Suites Applications.
- Must have excellent organizational skills and communication skills
- Driven by a desire to provide excellent customer service and a great customer experience.
