Job Summary/Purpose
Responsible for coordinating efforts across the Customer organization to drive development of forward-looking financial plans. Manage the analysis and reporting on the financial projections and results, evaluating risk and opportunities to the plan, and making recommendations to adjust accordingly.
Job Duties/Responsibilities
Develop and present financial forecast and budget information to Customer Org. leadership team and relevant stakeholder with recommendations to drive productivity and overall Customer Org. success.
Provide overall leadership of ongoing forecast process to ensure high quality, on-time completion of forecast updates are available to support timely decision making by Customer Org. leaders.
Provide insight on current and future financial performance and identify risks and opportunities for Customer Org. leadership team.
Assist each Customer Organization leader with development and management of annual budgets along with quarterly reporting.
Interface with subject matter experts in other financial disciplines (Tax, Treasury, Accounting, etc.) to ensure forecast assumptions are maintained and changes are analyzed and reasonable.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum education required of the position
Bachelors degree in a technical or business related field required or equivalent work experience. Desired: Master's Degree.
Minimum experience required of the position
Analyst I (CCO) – 0-2 years of professional experience
Analyst II (CCO) – 2-4 years of professional experience
Desired
Bachelors degree in Accounting and Finance
3-5 years of experience in a financial reporting role with the ability to demonstrate strong financial leadership
Minimum knowledge, skills, and abilities required of the position
Analytical skill set with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
