LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide compassionate patient care and support to ensure the health and well-being of our patients.

Duties:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
- Monitor patient vital signs and symptoms, reporting any changes to the healthcare team
- Assist with diagnostic evaluations and procedures
- Perform phlebotomy and IV infusions
- Provide primary care services to patients
- Manage acute pain and assist with airway management
- Conduct sonography and ophthalmology procedures as needed
- Utilize eClinicalWorks or similar electronic health record systems
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

Qualifications:
- Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in good standing
- Experience in ICU or acute care settings is preferred
- Proficiency in IV infusion, phlebotomy, and diagnostic evaluation
- Knowledge of airway management techniques
- Familiarity with eClinicalWorks or similar EMR systems is a plus
