Primary Responsibilities:
A primary coordinator of the warehouse wholesale will call (WWC) process. Assist Warehouse Management with warehouse administrative tasks during the day’s shipping activity and the end of day (EOD) processes. A Warehouse Administrator will ensure all tasks are well organized and completed in a timely manner as determined by management. Support the Warehouse Management team in establishing and improving Warehouse procedures and policies. As part of the Entertainment Earth team, you are responsible to learn, understand, represent, and contribute to Company policies, procedures, and philosophies.
Goals:
All administrative tasks are executed accurately, completely, and promptly every day per Warehouse Management-set schedules. All issues and impediments to doing so are to be communicated immediately to management, given the importance of this work to Company, customers, and Warehouse. All other assigned tasks are carried out equally as accurately and promptly, with strong attention-to-detail and organization helping other Warehouse teams carry out their daily responsibilities.
Essential Functions:
- Actively coordinate between Warehouse Shipping, EE Traffic and EED clients to ensure proper WWC scheduling, communication, and order hand-off/client pick-up.
- Assist Warehouse Management with daily shipping admin tasks (e.g., stop shipment requests, update ship address/ship method requests).
- Assist Warehouse Management with EOD administrative processes.
- Assist Warehouse leadership and management in capturing Warehouse departmental analytics and metrics.
- Additional administrative duties/tasks assigned by Warehouse Management.
