Job Posting for Event Greeter at Entourage Events Group
Entourage Events Group works closely with clients to design and manage events, from private business meetings and luncheons to large-scale conferences, employee appreciation events, weddings, seminars, and holiday parties.
We are looking for an enthusiastic greeter to provide excellent service for our guests at any event. The ideal candidate is dependable, people and detail-oriented, innovative, flexible, and thrives in a high-pressure environment.
If you are passionate about customer service and want to be part of our team. We currently have 1-3 shifts available per week. Consider joining our team and watch your hard work be rewarded.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Ensure guests are greeted when they enter the venue
- Provide directions and/or information to clients and guests
- Open doors for guests and clients (might be stationed indoors or outdoors)
- Responsible for positive guest interactions
- Always strive to exceed guests’ expectations.
- Report to work in a neat and clean uniform.
- Well-groomed hair and personal hygiene are essential.
- Perform duties with minimal supervision.
- Keep work area in a clean and orderly condition.
- Follow all company instructions, safety policies and rules.
- Perform other duties as required and/or assigned.
Qualifications:
- Team player/professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast pace environment.
- Reliable and consistently arrive on time.
